We would love to talk to your over Tea

Whether you're just starting to think something through or you're ready to get moving — we'd love to hear from you.

Here are some of the things people usually ask us before getting started.

How quickly will you get back to me?
We aim to respond to every message the same business day, wherever possible. If your question needs more digging — say, a custom blend spec or an export compliance detail — we’ll acknowledge your message quickly and give you a realistic timeline for the full answer.
What information should I have ready before reaching out?
It depends on what you’re exploring. For private label or dropshipping, it helps to know roughly what tea type or blend you have in mind and your target market. For wholesale or bulk orders, having your required tea type, grade, and volume ready lets us quote faster. Don’t worry if you don’t have all of this yet — we can work it out together on a call.
I'm based outside India — can I still work with you?
Yes. We regularly work with private label brands, bulk buyers, and dropshipping partners across the US, UK, Europe, and beyond. We handle export documentation, compliance, and international shipping, so location isn’t a barrier.
I'm not sure what I need yet — is that okay?
Completely okay. Most of the founders and creators we work with start exactly there. Tell us what you’re thinking about and we’ll help you figure out whether private label, wholesale, or dropshipping is the right fit.

Can I schedule a call instead of emailing?
Yes. Send us a message with a bit of context and your availability, and we’ll set up a call. Most new conversations start with a short discovery call anyway, so this is often the fastest way in.
Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Yes — every new conversation starts with a discovery call at no cost. We listen to your idea or requirements and give you an honest picture of what’s possible, with no pressure to commit.
What's the best way to reach you for urgent queries?
Call us directly at +91 87100 53652, or email info@ricwell.com and flag your message as urgent. We’ll prioritise a response.
Do you work with businesses of all sizes?
Yes. We work with first-time founders launching their first tea brand, established businesses expanding into tea, and larger distributors or exporters buying in bulk. Wherever you’re starting from, we’ll meet you there.
