Payment Terms

This section outlines the payment terms applicable to all product purchases and service engagements through Ricwell.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Ricwell accepts the following payment methods via its payment gateway (Zoho Payments):

  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI-enabled apps)
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
  • Debit Cards (all major Indian banks)
  • Net Banking
  • Mobile Wallets
  • EMI (on eligible cards and BNPL platforms, where available)

2. Transaction Currency

All prices displayed on ricwell.com are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise. For international orders, the equivalent amount will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider at the time of transaction. Any currency conversion charges or international transaction fees are borne by the buyer.

3. Payment for Product Orders

Payment for product orders is collected in full at the time of checkout. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Ricwell does not hold inventory against unpaid orders.

4. Advance Payments for Service Engagements

For brand-building, private label, and associated services:

  • A 50% advance is required to initiate the project. Work begins only after advance payment is received and cleared.
  • The remaining 50% is due before final deliverables are handed over or before the brand goes live.
  • Custom payment schedules may be agreed upon in writing for larger engagements.

Note: All service agreements and payment schedules are confirmed in writing via email or a signed agreement before work begins.

5. Payment for 3PL / Ongoing Services

For ongoing 3PL and fulfilment services:

  • Monthly storage and fulfilment charges are invoiced at the end of each calendar month.
  • Invoices are due within 15 days of issue.
  • Delayed payments may result in a temporary pause of fulfilment services. Ricwell will provide written notice before suspending any service.

6. GST and Taxes

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST where shown. For B2B transactions, GST invoices will be issued with the applicable GSTIN. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their GST details are correctly provided at the time of purchase for invoice generation.

7. Payment Security

All transactions on ricwell.com are processed through Zoho Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Ricwell does not store any card or sensitive payment information on its servers. For any payment-related queries, write to support@ricwell.com.

8. Failed or Disputed Transactions

If a payment fails after an amount is deducted from your account, the amount will typically be reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it is not reversed, please write to support@ricwell.com with your transaction reference number and we will assist in coordinating with the payment provider.
