• What's included in the brand setup?

Global Logistic & Fulfillment

• What does your 3PL service include?

  Warehousing, order picking, packing, and shipping — all handled from our end. You focus on selling; we handle the rest.

• Do you offer dropshipping?

  Yes! If you’d rather not hold inventory at all, our dropshipping service lets you sell first and ship directly to your customer.

• Which countries do you ship to?

  We work with both domestic and international shipments — including the US, Europe and more. We’ll confirm specifics based on your product category and target market.

• What happens as my orders scale up?

  Our fulfilment setup is built to grow with you — whether you’re shipping 50 orders a month or 5,000.

• How long does the whole process take?

  Most brands go from idea to market-ready within 8 to 16 weeks. The timeline depends on the complexity of your brand, the product category, and how quickly decisions are made on your end. We keep the process structured so there are no unnecessary delays — and we’ll give you a clear project timeline after your discovery call.

• What's the cost to get started?

  Pricing depends on the scope of your project — the product category, branding requirements, compliance needs, and whether you need 3PL or dropshipping support. • Is Ricwell only for tea and coffee brands?

  Not at all. While tea, coffee, and mountain honey are our ready-made private label categories, we also work with farmers and producers of other agricultural and specialty products — turmeric, spices, and more. If you have a quality product and need help turning it into a retail-ready brand, we can work with you regardless of the category.

• Do I need to be based in India to work with you?

  No. We work with clients from anywhere in the world. Whether you’re based in India, the US, Europe, or elsewhere — as long as you want to build a private label brand around quality Indian-origin products, we can make it work. International buyers are actually one of our core client groups.

• Do you work with international clients?

  Yes, absolutely. We regularly work with US and European buyers looking to source and brand premium Darjeeling and Indian-origin products under their own label. We handle compliance and documentation to ensure your product meets the standards of your target market, wherever you’re selling.

• Can I launch more than one product?

  Yes. Many of our clients build multi-product brands or expand their range after an initial launch. Whether you want to start with one SKU and scale up, or launch a small range from the beginning, we can structure the project accordingly. This is something we’d plan together during the brand and product planning phase.
