Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 12 May 2026

We understand that plans change. This policy outlines when and how an order or service engagement may be cancelled.

1. Cancellation of Product Orders

Orders Not Yet Dispatched

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched from our facility. To cancel:

  • Email support@ricwell.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Alternatively, use the Cancel Order option in your account dashboard if available.

If your cancellation request is received before dispatch, we will confirm cancellation and process a full refund within 2 business days.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to receive the delivery, please follow the Return & Replacement process once the order arrives.

2 . Cancellation of Service Engagements

For clients using Ricwell’s brand-building, private label, or 3PL services:

Before Work Begins

A service engagement may be cancelled with a full refund if work has not yet been initiated. Please write to info@ricwell.com within 48 hours of placing the service order to request cancellation.

After Work Has Begun

Once work has commenced on your engagement (e.g., branding, packaging design, compliance filing, or product sourcing), the following applies:

  • Work completed up to the point of cancellation is non-refundable.
  • Any materials, design files, or documentation produced by Ricwell remain with Ricwell until the balance for completed work is settled.
  • A cancellation fee of 10% of the total engagement value will apply to cover administrative and onboarding costs.

3PL and Dropshipping Agreements

For ongoing 3PL or dropshipping arrangements:

  • A minimum notice period of 30 days is required to terminate the agreement.
  • Inventory held in Ricwell’s facility will be returned to the client at the client’s shipping cost within 15 business days of confirmed termination.
  • Any outstanding fulfilment charges or storage fees must be settled before inventory is released.

3. Ricwell’s Right to Cancel

Ricwell reserves the right to cancel an order or service engagement under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock with no suitable alternative available.
  • Fraudulent, suspicious, or unverifiable payment.
  • Inability to deliver to the specified location.
  • Force majeure events beyond our control (natural disasters, supply disruptions, regulatory restrictions).

In all such cases, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund within 5 business days.
