• What formats are available?

• Can I get custom roast profiles?

• Is the honey raw and unprocessed?

  Yes. We source naturally harvested mountain honey that retains its natural enzymes, colour, and flavour — no unnecessary processing.

• Does dropshipping apply here too?

• What kinds of products can you work with?

  We’re open to most agricultural and specialty food products. If it can be packaged, labelled, and sold — we’d love to hear about it.

• Do I need to have large quantities ready?

  Not necessarily. We’ll talk through your current production capacity and figure out what kind of brand setup makes sense for where you are right now.

• What do you help with if I bring my own product?

  Everything from branding and compliance to packaging design and fulfilment — the same end-to-end support we offer for all our categories.

• Can I private label more than one product?

  Yes. You can launch a single product to start and expand your range over time, or come in with a multi-product plan from day one. Many of our clients build out a full brand with several SKUs across a category — for example, multiple tea variants or a combined tea and honey range. We’ll structure the project based on what makes sense for your brand and budget.

• Do all products come with compliance documentation?

  Yes. Every product we help build comes with the necessary compliance and regulatory documentation for its intended market. Sampling is typically arranged during the product planning phase, and we’ll guide you through what to look for and how to evaluate your options.

• How are products packaged and labelled?

  Packaging and labelling are designed specifically for your brand — not generic or off-the-shelf. We handle logo design, label design, packaging format selection, and compliance-ready label copy as part of the brand build. Final packaging is retail-ready and meets the standards required for your target market, whether you’re selling online, in stores, or through distributors.

• What's the shelf life of your products?

  Shelf life varies by product category. Generally, our teas and coffees have a shelf life of 18 to 24 months when stored correctly, and our mountain honey can last significantly longer given its natural preservative properties. Exact shelf life details for your specific product will be confirmed during the product planning phase and included in your compliance documentation.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes. We ship to international destinations including the US, Europe, and other markets. Our 3PL and fulfilment setup supports both B2B bulk shipments and DTC order fulfilment depending on your business model.
